We are beyond delighted that Simon Lereng Wilmont’s beautiful film A House Made of Splinters , produced by Monica Hellström for Final Cut for Real, has been nominated for an Academy Award@ for Best Documentary Feature Film.
The nominations were announced on January 24, and we were all floored by the good news!
We can only begin to imagine what this means for the participants in the film, and we sincerely hope that the nomination can help shed a light on the lives of all Ukrainian children.
The Oscars® ceremony is on March 14, in Los Angeles - fingers crossed until then!
