PHOTO FROM 'THE HUMAN SCALE' PART OF EXHIBITION AT BEIJING DESIGN WEEK / by Maria Kristensen

A still from Andreas Møl Dalsgaard’s The Human Scale has been part of an exhibition at the Beijing Design Week in China. The exhibition held annually by Copenhagen Film Fund and The Danish Centre for Culture this year focused on the culture and design of Copenhagen.

Presenting a bird’s eye view of the Stork Fountain in Strøget, Copenhagen, the photo from The Human Scale is among 25 photos presenting Copenhagen from a filmic perspective. Showcasing Copenhagen as a vibrant, beautiful and versatile city, the exhibition illustrates the proud TV and filmmaking traditions within this country including the variations of genre and expression that the art of film has presented through the years.

Due to it’s immense success, the exhibition will continue on to the other seven Danish Centres of Culture around the globe, among these Brazil, Russia, Belgium and Poland.
