Final Cut for Real has launched an educational website for Joshua Oppenheimer's Oscar nominated documentary The Act of Killing, which explores the massive genocide that took place in Indonesia in the 1960s from the perspective of the perpetrators.
The educational website is developed for students at high school level and consists of in-depth material for the following class subjects: Danish, Media Study, History, Philosophy and Psychology. The material is developed specifically for each subject in collaboration with teachers competent at incorporating and adapting films into their lesson plans. The website thus offers a great variety of content including tools for detailed analysis and student assignments, film clips, articles, graphic models, a teacher manual and an overview of literature.

The project is developed with support from Danida and is currently available in Danish only.
