The Kid and the Clown, directed by Ida Grøn, has won a special prize in the International Category at TRT Documentary Awards in Istanbul, Turkey. The special prize was sponsored by the National Lottery.
Unfortunately director Ida Grøn couldn't be present, but composer Roger Goula attended the festival and accepted the award on behalf of Ida.
The awards were handed out on May 7, after 5 fantastic days of documentary film screenings and panel debates.
