'PERVERT PARK' SELECTED FOR THE 2015 SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL / by Maria Kristensen

Pervert Park, the debut from Swedish/Danish directing couple Frida & Lasse Barkfors, has been selected for the 2015 edition of the esteemed Sundance Film Festival.

The documentary, produced by De Andra and Final Cut for Real, will take part in the festival's 'World Cinema Documentary Competition'. The category celebrates twelve documentaries by some of the most courageous and extraordinary international filmmakers working today.

Pervert Park is a film about a group of people, who no one wants as a neighbor. It follows the every day life of the sex offenders in a Florida trailer park as they struggle to reintegrate into society, and gives us a chance to understand who they are and how the destructive cycle of sexual abuse and silence can be broken.

The Sundance Film Festival will take place from January 22nd until February 1st in Park City, Salt Lake City, Ogden and Sundance, Utah. For more information about the festival and the screening schedule, visit: www.sundance.org
